Over 75 Health Assessment

This services is usually free. It is design to review your general health and identify any health issues which can be preventable. The whole process may take up to one hour to complete.

45 to 49 years old Health Assessment

These health assessment are recommended to anyone within this age group because of the risk of developing chronic disease. Your doctor will review and decide on appropriate check ups and test.

Type 2 Diabetes Risk evaluation

It is recommended that anyone aged between 40 to 49 years old, if not already done so, to have an evaluation for their risk to develop diabetes.
