Dr Tarannum Rahman (BbioMedSc(Hons), MBBS, FRACGP)
Tarannum completed her medical degree at Monash University (graduating with Distinction) in 2012, after completing a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Honours) in 2008. She completed her General Practice training in New South Wales and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2018. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice medicine and has a passion for patient centered care and particularly the opportunity to work in a team environment with patients, GP colleagues, nurses and specialist providers to ensure the best ongoing care and advocacy for her patients. Tarannum consults on all aspects of general practice, and has special interest in children’s health, women’s health and pregnancy care, mental health, preventative health and minor procedures including implanon insertion and removal, skin biopsies and skin lesion removal. In her leisure time, she enjoys yoga, playing piano and spending time with family and friends.
