It is important for you to know and understand your test results
The practice staff is unable to access your test results or provide your results over the phone
You are required to book for a follow up appointment with your doctor, unless your doctor has an alternative arrangement made with you
If the results requires urgent attention, you may receive a SMS message on your phone or our practice nurse may call you.
Can I get repeat scripts or referral without consultation
If you wish to request an updated or new referral for a specialist, or a new prescription for your medication, you will be required to make an appointment with your GP.
How to transfer medical records to and from another practice
Please contact your new GP practice and complete their transfer of medical records consent form.
Once we have received the signed consent we can transfer your medical records to your new practice.
Depending on the size of the file will determine the fees associated.
How to I leave a message with my doctor
We would prefer that you make an appointment with the doctor to discuss any issues
If you still would like to leave a message, please call the practice for the receptionist to take a message.
Please do not email the practice. Please do not use “Contact Us” on our website. Messaging the practice is for the purpose of enquiries and appointments. No personal information or medical information should be email to the practice.

Is there on site pathology collection?
Yes our onsite pathology collection centre is available Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm (lunch 12.30pm – 1 pm) and Saturdays 9am – 12pm
appointments for standard pathology collection are not required. Once you have a pathology referral from your doctor you can walk in during their opening times.
Appointments are required for specific tests which the doctor will advise if required.
Do you have available parking?
Yes! We have available parking which can be accessed of either Beaufort or Lindsay Street, which is the streets either side of our building. It is a Wilson car park and is 45 minutes free with a ticket.
There is also available street parking.

It is the policy of the clinic that we do not provide prescriptions for Drugs of Addiction, Pain Medications and Benzodiazepine for New Patients.
