Ms Khai Wong (FCCLP, FCCOUNP, MAPS)

Ms Khai Wong is a clinical and counselling psychologist who help individuals, couples and families learn  skills how to have happier and healthier lives.

She has extensive experience in counselling in individual, couple counselling and assessment. She sees patient between the age group of 18 to 70 years old.

She also integrates narrative therapy, with cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, mindfulness therapy and positive psychology principles and brings a holistic approach to influencing peoples wellbeing. She is interested in exploring with clients relationship issues, depression, anxiety syndromes, general anxiety disorders, health anxiety panic attacks and social anxiety, ptsd, persistent depressive disorders, psychological assessment, parenting advice, personal and career transitions, loss and trauma.
